Delivery

We ship with UPS. You will receive a UPS tracking number from us, with which you can track in the shop under shipment tracking at any time when your goods are being delivered.

Our shipping costs within Germany are:

• for orders of up to three bottles: € 5.95
• for orders of four bottles or more: free shipping

For deliveries to other countries, please send us an email in advance. We will then inform you about shipping options and prices.

Shipping 

The packaging is tailored to the respective product. If you want to return your goods, the original packaging is a very good protection against transport damage. We therefore recommend that you keep the original packaging for such cases.

We will deliver to you within 5-7 working days after receiving your payment.

If, contrary to expectations, a champagne should not be available, we will inform you immediately about the unavailability of the delivery and reimburse you immediately.
